WV Georgia in cooperation is seeking Pre-Qualification and Selection of a Company for Consultancy Services: Final Evaluation of the EU Financed Say Yes Project:

Programme/Project: SAY YES - Strategic Actions for Youth - A Programme for Youth Employability and Skill Development
Operational period for programme/project: February 15, 2018 - February 14, 2021
Evaluation Type: Final Evaluation
Primary Methodologies: Survey, qualitative data collection
Start and End Dates: April 22 - May 22, 2021
Anticipated Report Release Date: May 22, 2021

A company with relevant experience and qualification, providing the competitive price, will be contracted for the assignment. Companies with relevant experience and qualification will be pre-qualified for similar services for the next two years.

Legally Registered suppliers should submit their pre-qualification documentation and proposals to participate in the selection process.

Interested companies should provide the following information:

1. Brief description of the Company based on the attached template (Supplier Registration Form);
2. Certificate of registration of the company;
3. Signed WV Policies;
4. Documentation as per the TOR;
5. Detailed Budget (O VAT).
